Pros

Still a relatively small company, so you still know everyone that works there, which is amazing.

Cons

Can't call it a "Con", really. Any growing company is going to bump up against growth limits of certain processes. Actually, it's kind of cool to see it happen so new systems can be put in place.

The work there was fascinating. The Quality Engineering Team I was on was a great team and very welcoming.

Cons

The keyboard I was sent didn't work for testing the hardware.

The team I work on is great! I feel valued and appreciated. No micromanagement, you are treated as an individual and adult. Very family friendly and a work-life balance is supported and encouraged

Cons

Team bonding is not the same across departments. you definitely see other teams do more with each other, but I am sure if it was vocalized it could change. We also have a remote environment, so I do not really know anyone else outside of my department
