Pros
As of this time of my post, I've been working for BrightSign for a few months... When I was first going through the interview stage, I did my due diligence and researched the company's web page, Linkedin and of course, glassdoor. Being super excited about the company, I combed through any and all information I could find, and I definitely saw some of the negative comments - and the funny thing is, I think many of those negative comments are actually outdated now. Things like parking - when I first arrived for an on-site interview, there was parking everywhere, and I was like hmm... didn't they say parking was a premium? then I realized that was true, but at their old location. So since this year, they moved to a newer office park that offers plenty of parking. Moreover, the company has a dedicated human resources department, so there are no issues there, if there was any before (I can't say for sure). So I think much has changed here at BrightSign and so far I'm really digging it. Really great people, everyone is really nice and helpful, and so I really enjoy that everyone is a team player. The company definitely shares an culture of loving, eating and sharing foods! the kitchen is already fully stocked with drinks and snacks - but I found that people enjoy bringing in home cooked foods, goodies, and treats that they've brought along when they travel to other countries to share. So that's really neat.. and also very dangerous for my waistline... The company's CEO has really great reviews - and now I could see why! the CEO is very knowledgeable and involved! and most of all, he is really down to Earth. Overall, great company to work!
Cons
I don't think any company is perfect.. but so far, there aren't any cons I can think of. The company leadership is great, and my manager is awesome - and I think that's what matters
