I have worked here for little over 6 months and I love it. It's hard to find one single reason because there are so many good things about it. However, one specific reason that stands out is the mindset that we all want this company to stay on top because it's run so well. There's no micro management here, Upper management trust that we are doing the right thing everyday and that has it's own sense of empowerment. Typical silicon valley relaxed atmosphere, casual.
