Pros
Unusually easy to get hired, an employee referral will basically get you hired guaranteed. The staff are usually pretty cool and laid back
Cons
Management SUCKS. EVERYONE has the same one week training in the same session, even if they don't have the same job. They don't pay enough for what you have to deal with. Everything is on paper & VERY unorganized. They are ALWAYS BSing about mileage. Very little communication on ALL ends. If the next shift doesn't come to relieve you, you're basically stuck because 1. If you leave its felony neglect & 2. Management will do everything in their power to NOT have to come relieve you themselves. Even ignore your phone calls. Oh, and you only get paid on the 10th & 25th of each month.
