Pros
Staff and clients are wonderful. Some are harder to deal with but it gets better. Staff are very helpful and work well as a team.
Cons
A lot of the upper and middle class management are disrespectful. They treat you like your beneath them because of your position. They yell at you. Hang the phone up in your face. I also heard a manager gossiping to a staff about another's staff business totally unacceptable.
