Pros
The biggest Pro is the persons served you provide service to, but you will probably find that with any company in this field. The second pro is the support I have received from my resident manager. I think I have one of the best in the company but I know that the majority of the RM's are also great. The pay is on the higher end of the norm for this field in Minnesota starting out.
Cons
Corporate rules and regulations are very rigid and they can't seem to hang on to mid management. Our governor put a 5% increase for people working in the field in effect. All other companies I have heard of (many coworkers work for more than one) gave their employees 5% raises while we get "bonuses" which get taxed to death.
