Terrible management - IMPACT Case Manager BrightSpring Health Services Employee Review

The cut hour for months. The benedits are terrible. Management does not appreciate or respect employees. Poor communication on every level of management and between departments. Supervisors were all fired and regional managers were delegated the task of managing staff, which left my office without leadership 99% of the time. As a case manager, you are not set up for.success and aren't supported by management. The company seems more focused on billing the state for services than actually impacting people's lives and helping them become self-sufficient
