Upper Management, Lots of Gossip, Lots of last minute documentation which leads to medicaid fraud, Direct care pay is low and they aren't trained properly. I am a licensed professional and was asked to do things that aren't legal. Lots of medication errors that weren't documented. Staff are confused about who is in charge because the ED at the time really had no idea what was going on and would lead them down the wrong road.
