      If you have a heart for people and you love caring for people, its easy to get attached to the clients.

      Cons

      Everything else. Don't allow overtime. No raises, benefits, or support of the staff. Management does not show concern for employees. They ask for way more then the pay rate is worth

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
