      The work is steady and you get a paycheck. The team I work on is fantastic and always has your back.

      Cons

      No advancement. No raises. No bonuses. No incentives. Terrible benefits. Inhuman workload expectations. No work-life balance at all. Complete disregard for staff by management.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
