Pros

-Not a bad hourly wage to start. -Help children and young adults with autism. -Time off is usually not an issue if you give supervisors time to find a sub -Off work in late afternoon, unless you work in-home

Cons

-Depending on who you work with you may get spit on, bit, hit, kicked etc... -Per Diem -No benefits -No real opportunities for advancement -School vacation days are not paid -Not guaranteed full time

Your undervalued and underpaid coworkers

Cons

The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
