      Only pro to this company is flexibility

      Cons

      Received absolutely no training. Shown an office and a computer and let loose. Complete chaos. They conveniently leave out job duties and the pay SUCKS. They start LVNs out (no matter experience) at 16 or 17 an hour.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
