      Pros

      This is truly the best place to work in Louisville, KY! ResCare truly "cares" about their clients and their employees. I would highly recommend ResCare to anyone. Their culture is tremendous!

      Cons

      I honestly do not see any negatives to working at ResCare. It's the best place I've ever worked in 30 years. I would recommend ResCare to anyone!

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
