Clients are a joy, the work is rewarding. It is just a stepping stone to get you some experience in the field so you can move onto another job that will actually pay you a competitive wage. Basically Recare will hire anyone.
Cons
NO raises, Benefits are very expensive, No promotions, Rescare Corp is all about making money, that money does not go to the staff or the clients, its lining someones pocket. Start wage is barely over minimum wage, you make more flipping burgers than you do working with special needs people! Health insurance $300 per pay check, are you serious who can afford that!
