      Pros

      I'm not sure where the rest of you work, but I have worked for ResCare, in Indiana, for 18 years, and love it! ResCare has promoted me from direct care up to a Director position and has been nothing but good to me! Despite the minor drama that comes with any job, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the company... Wage freezes... Yes, an issue, but what company has not done the same? I would recommend working at ResCare to anyone who lives in northern IN!

      Insurance changes for 2013 are expected, but not favorable.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
