No raises. Only slightly higher than min. wage. Don't feel appreciated. Often get stuck at work for multiple shifts and upper mgmt doesn't care. Overly critical; never tell you what you do **right**. Time off has become almost nonexistent. Make promises of extra money on the hour to work at different sites but then don't deliver. Paychecks are often shorted and never corrected. Do not listen to employees when it comes to individuals' care even though we are the ones who see them the most. Always promising it will get better but it only gets worse. If I had it to do over again I never would have applied.
