      The clients that sevices are provided to are a positive. The pay would be decent if the number of hours worked were less.

      Cons

      Salaried employees work unreasonable amount of hours. Company does not appeciate employees. Policies change to fit the curent situation. Client Rights are violated.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
