Pros

being able to interact with the individuals and taking care of them knowing that you doing it from the heart.

Cons

You will be literally taking care of the individuals. Non stop. But that also depends on who you have. The pay is minimum wage for direct support staff which is 7.25 and DSS is the ones thats doing most of the hands on work.

The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
