      I love helping people, it is awesome feeling teaching people to do new things. I have been in the direct health care for about 10 years.

      Cons

      They only pay min wage, i had to quit, for a better paying job. Sad but true.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
