      Pros

      You get to work with some really amazing clients. There are always extra hours to pick up. If you work the week on/week off schedule it is GREAT!

      Cons

      No increase in pay in over 7 years. Benefits are horrible. You're better off to be on your spouses plan or government assisted program.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
