Pros
There's nothing good about this company other than meeting and working with the clients. They don't care about their caregivers, they just want to make money.
Cons
Ridiculous pay! They wouldn't acknowledge my 5 years of experience because it was in another state AND they even tried to say that when it was for their own company!! This company seriously disgusts me. Also, even if you work full time, the caregivers are only considerer part time employees so that they don't have to give us good benefits like the supervisors. They've tried to get me to do things because its company policy that were downright despicable. This company doesn't care about their clients or their caregivers.
