      Sign-on bonus, team lunches, performance incentives, great training and development opportunities. Recent company appreciation week was great and all staff have been very welcoming and helpful!

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
