Zero Respect or Care in ResCare - Anonymous employee BrightSpring Health Services Employee Review

Zero respect for you as a person. Was treated like a child. When someone else was hired on our team, they took away my things (Computer, Phone) and gave them to that person. Can never get a hold of the Manager but you'll hear from them if they need something from you. You will NOT get a pay raise at this place but your title may change numerous times and you will be given more responsibility. They will not talk directly to you, but to your co-workers if they need something from you.
