Horrible! - Social Services/Ameripsych BrightSpring Health Services Employee Review

No raises. No promotions. No support. Unqualified people are promoted to supervisor positions. Super high turn over. ED and upper management throw you under the bus anytime there is something questionable going on rather than supporting you as a long time employee. Micro managing to the extreme. If a client complements a worker the agency automatically assumes the worker is doing something wrong. They treat the clients/families the same way and offer no support. Can't afford their crappy insurance. I could go on for days.
