      Pros

      Everyone that I work with is fantastic. From entry level to CEO, everyone seems to be on the same page, providing great care to hospice patients. People in general that gravitate towards hospice are amazing, and it's definitely a privilege's to work and bring on talented clinicians to the team. I've worked for a few home health companies and this one definitely stands out as my favorite of the group.

      Cons

      Benefits could always be improved. Other than that, the team is great and everyone genuinely cares about patients.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
