Everything. The pay sucks. You are single staffed all the time even when double staffing is needed. The supervisors in the Valpo are office are liars and deceitful. You can't trust anyone in the office. The RM's that they have hired in the Warsaw area is worthless. They allow guardians to work with their own clients. The homes get no attention as far as upkeep. You are talked to very rudely by ALL of the supervisors. You are not appreciated and feel threatened if you speak up. The consumers are only a paycheck to Rescare.
