Working for Brightspring - Area Supervisor BrightSpring Health Services Employee Review

The employees are overworked and under paid. Their pay is almost never reviewed and they have a huge turnover rate. I myself have left 3 times and have been begged to come back due to horrible staffing issues. The upper management team is unorganized and do not give proper training to the staff that need it most. On many occasions it was complained by my colleagues that they have not received adequate resources or information to do their jobs
