      opportunity for growth and a lot of over time

      Cons

      Always understaffed. There isn't proper training to deescalate aggressive clients, there first step is to call the cops. Which isn't in the best interest of the clients.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
