      Pros

      Coworkers are amazing. They offer food truck days and outings. The gym is really nice and you can access it all the time.

      Cons

      Management is seriously detached from the people on the floor. They make decisions that impact others in a negative way constantly. Pay is okay but definitely not a living wage at this point.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
