Pros
I have worked for several home care agencies. ResCare is by far one of the best. I felt that their pre employment orientation was very detailed and answered all the questions I had. The office staff was great. I felt that the staff was willing to listen to my concerns and work through any issues and or problems with clients and schedules. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a caregiver or for employment as a caregiver.
Cons
Because I chose to continue my education and had to resign my position before taking my HCA test I am unable to be hired and put through the training again, but was told I would be hired if I paid for the HCA training out of pocket. I would love to work for them again but am unable to afford to pay for the training.
