Corporate only cares about money and management only care about corporate. There is nobody who looks after the basic employee or their rights. Watch out. There is an enormous disparity between management and staff in ego and in wealth. They say the company stands for respect and care but only the clients are respected and that is by only the staff. Nobody respects the staff. They are seen as pieces you can just toss aside or destroy to paint whatever picture management wants to see.
