Pros

Easy work, the residents are not the problem....we love them.

Cons

The PAY, the PAY, the PAY........they do not value their workers like they proclaim. They trick you with the "sign-on bonus" advertisement. They break it down in four payments that you get every 90 days spread over a year's timespan. You don't find this out until you are in training. I have been with them almost 5 months now and still waiting for my 1st installment. I was referred by someone, which also brings a referral bonus to be given after your first 90 days as well.....still waiting on that also. They stay on you constantly about your job performance making sure you do your job, but fail to acknowledge that they are not working at their best performance by keeping the many promises they get you in the building with. Where I live, the starting pay is $10/hr. To make more money, you have the option to take a PCM class, where they will pay you $12/hr. They allow you to work all the overtime you want, because they are so short staffed. The turnover rate is through the roof due to these conditions. If you need a paycheck, go for it! It's not fair to the workers nor the residents.

Your undervalued and underpaid coworkers

Cons

The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
