      Great team of workers. I worked there for 12 and 1/2 years and enjoyed the clients and fellow workers. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Too many hours. I was beginning to have health issues due to 50 - 80 hour work weeks. I had very few weeks with less than 50 hours.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
