It's good to have a job if you need one.
Cons
Low pay. Expensive benefits. No consistency between managers. HR doesn't enforce policy. Paychecks and time off hours are consistently wrong. It takes weeks to fix issues, if they are addressed at all. You need to fill out a form to fill out a form and requests only get processed if you call and call and call the responsible person.
