      Work in the community with persons served

      Cons

      Management wants different things at different times so it gets confusing. And they are not always easy to get ahold of because they are also working in the community since there is a staff shortage. There has been 3 staff that quit after a short time of working there as a DSP

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
