Pros

The facility is visually nice.

Cons

Low compensation, expected to give more than 40 hours every week, micro management, no training, and asking for help is looked down upon by leadership. You must come in 100% equipped, put your head down, and deliver 110%. From the first day no one I met on staff enjoyed being there.

Your undervalued and underpaid coworkers

Cons

The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
