Pros

The biggest and most important pro is the individuals you care for. You can't help but to care and want to help them live their best lives.

Cons

Poor communication, pay, under appreciated, unrealistic expectations, they don't take mental health into consideration, you have to do annual training on job burn out but when you speak up about being burnt out no one cares, very little support or help unless you go above heads to the big higher ups, they love to hire people that could live in the house instead of work their. I could go on!

Your undervalued and underpaid coworkers

Cons

The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
