Pros
Getting to help elderly clients and make a difference in their daily lives.
Cons
No training, no CPR cert or First Aide training required. Hired has on call but was called everyday for assignments. Assignments changed hour by hour. Once I had an assignment scheduled and make other life arrangements I would get a call that my assignment had changed again. Sent on assignments and had never had an orientation, never told when to turn in time card or when payday would be. I would get get calls MULTIPLE times during the times I said I wasn't available to work. (once while out of state) Very understaffed and never asked me what I was comfortable doing for a client ex: medication administration, just told me to read the med bottles. I really wish I had taken to heart the other reviews here first before accepting employment. When I resigned my position I was met with anger and bitterness and told how much they did to bring me on. In reality they only sent me on assignments, no orientation, no training. If this is your passion to work and help others look elsewhere, this is not the company who cares for their clients.
