You have no life outside of Rescare because you got to do fill in they can't keep help and the Cordele office has lack of communication with the aides they always leaving they office. Never getting your clients cover like they suppose to. Its a night mate at that office. You don't get a raise no bonus no mileage. Nothing. You put a lot of wear and tear on your car. No lunch breaks. The office don't tell you nothing about the patient before you go. And they will tell you not to report anything on the patient cause they don't want the state to see it. That's not a good honest jobs.
