      Pros

      You get unlimited overtime. Extra hours when needed. Residents are a blessing to work with.

      Cons

      Overtime is split between checks. Employees are rude and unfriendly. Mandated when someone calls out which is everyday. One minute late gets u a write up 3 writes up and ur fired. Somedays u get no breaks on a 16 hour shift and when u do its 30 minutes only. Healthcare is unaffordable.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
