Pros
Lot of downtime, for a 8 hour shift at least 4-5 of those hours are time where you and your coworkers would just sit there on your phone or do whatever. Given the managers aren't there, they do show up every now and then to do office work or etc.
Cons
No room for growth, terrible pay for what you had to do. It could get messy and crazy of a job depending on your clients that you work with.
