Awful company - Direct Care Staff BrightSpring Health Services Employee Review

Zero care from office after hired. They cant hire people as they have such a horrible reputation. If your in it for the money they will work you every day and then just say they cant find people to hire so overtime is expected. Not a little,no days off for weeks at a time. Burnout is inevitable. No respect for the highly trained. And no. your RC will not cover hours or even show up to your house unless they have to be there for a meeting. They will promise but never follow through. Don't do it unless you are in it for the money...and are happy working 12hr. shifts for weeks and no excuses for wanting a day off.
