Pros

The pros of this company is actually being able to build relationships with the consumers.

Cons

The cons of this company is not being able to develop & favoritism. I started with this company when I was 19 years old making $9.45 in 2019, I am 23 years old now and the only reason we got a raise to $14 was due to covid and we still did not see that until 2021

Thank you for your feedback. We also have opportunities nationwide across our different business lines. Raises are given based on multiple factors that are reviewed carefully by our management team. Your undervalued and underpaid coworkers

Cons

The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
