Business Outlook
Pros
Very rewarding job as it is in the social services industry. I love what I do and the relationships I have built with the clients. I specifically work in a career one stop center so we assist clients obtain employment and help them become self sufficient. It is an amazing opportunity and you can definitely make a difference in individuals lives.
Cons
There is no room for growth within the company, or at least in the field I am in. No salary increases, no employee recognition, Benefits are okay. No sick days, only accrued PTO. I love my co workers, love my job, but I definitely need a challenge and seek the opportunity to advance. Grateful for the experience and opportunity however, Will not be staying.
