      Pros

      The clients and co-workers were great. The job is easy and laid back. Gave me some patient care experience before I finished my college education.

      Cons

      Not enough staff, working alone all the time, really bad pay and no raises after years. Get left at work if someone doesn't show up. Management is a joke and so is on-call people. Can't ever schedule a day off because there's no one to cover a single shift, and good luck calling in if you're sick.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
