      Culture, support and leadership from stakeholders is what makes working at BrightSpring Health Services a great place to work. Though objectives and results are very much top of mind from leadership, team members are treated with respect which creates a solidarity and work place that makes everyone feel like they're all in.

      Cons

      Scheduled meetings on the calendar can be a bit too much, but it does align stakeholders well.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
