      Pros

      I have been at BrightView over a year and have previously worked at 2 other companies. The schedules are flexible, and the environment is supportive. ABA values are maintained, and clients are supported. Communication is easy with scheduling. I would recommend working here if you are looking for an ethical company with flexibility.

      At times it can be challenging to complete client hours

      The job is fully remote and they are open to you working in any state

      Cons

      Training was nonexistent. Management is super unprofessional and they would compare you to other employees. The first time around I was there the company and culture was amazing I even regretted leaving. It has declined greatly.
