Pros

They really value work-life balance. People are easy-going, does not pressure you to take on clients if you don't want to. Pays well compared with other ABA companies. You have a lot of say in switching RBTs. No micro-management! Diversity! Overall great!

Cons

Sometimes BT/RBT quality isn't the best, but they have been able to find other ones if you or parent request. 401k matching isn't the best. Still expanding in my current area so training and organization can be improved but not bad by any means.

Pros

Honestly a great place to work. The people are supportive, leadership is approachable, and you don’t feel like just another number. There’s a lot of trust given to employees to do their jobs well, and questions or ideas are always welcome. The work feels meaningful, and the culture is genuinely positive without being forced.

Cons

Things can move fast at times and priorities can shift, especially as the company grows. That can be a bit of an adjustment, but it’s manageable and usually communicated well.

Pros

Flexible scheduling, In-home and clinic-based

Cons

In my experience, the challenges associated with this company significantly outweigh the benefits. One of my primary concerns is the apparent lack of accountability regarding staff conduct. There have been reports of technicians engaging in inappropriate interactions with clients, including allegations serious enough to be reported to the relevant board. Despite management being aware of these concerns, some individuals have reportedly continued working with the same clients. Communication and scheduling practices are also problematic, particularly for in-home services. Clients may be assigned or services initiated without adequate communication with the supervising BCBA, which can create challenges in maintaining continuity and quality of care. Additionally, upper management can be difficult to reach. When concerns are raised, responses often lack clarity or resolution, leaving issues unresolved. This can be frustrating for both employees and those advocating for client needs.
