Pros
I've worked at Brighton Jones for over 5 years in several different roles. I've been at the company through high highs as well as some more challenging times. What proves to be always true is that the people at this company - the type of people who are attracted to our firm's ethos and values - are people who can be trusted to act with compassion and respect for others. When times are challenging, whether we're growing quicker than we can hire for or we're experiencing a down market, I can look around me and have faith that things will work out because I trust the motivations and intentions of my colleagues. This includes our leadership team, who leans hard into our MESI program, leadership training, transparency, and open communication. This foundational trust is also why I can recommend to my friends to come work at Brighton Jones and recommend my family to work with them. There is no seedy underbelly that I have found under the facade of other organizations I've been a part of - and that's incredibly refreshing!
Cons
Sometimes I think our pedal-to-the-metal approach to growth can cause undue stress and growing pains, but again, I believe that our leaders know what is necessary and appropriate for our firm's future.
