Pros

Everyone I worked with directly was smart and clearly dedicated to helping our patients out. The company is fully remote.

Cons

I was part of the second major layoff the company conducted this year. Two rounds in under six months is concerning. What made it worse was the lack of any clear warning signs—most company-wide communications painted a picture of reasonably consistent growth, and indicated that we were mostly making good progress toward goals. Communication from senior management and executives is often overloaded with corporate jargon, making it hard to understand what's actually being said. Unfortunately, the one executive who in my experience communicated in a more transparent, straightforward way was either let go or demoted in this latest round of cuts—it's unclear exactly what happened. After the previous round of layoffs, a team leader assured us that everyone who remained was considered essential and long-term. While I’ve been in the industry long enough to view that with skepticism, I imagine others took the message more seriously. The company frequently leans on the “we’re still figuring things out as a startup” excuse, both internally and in public responses. But after seven years in operation and with hundreds of employees, calling it a startup doesn’t hold up. In my view, this phrase serves as a deflection from deeper, ongoing issues with leadership, communication, and strategic direction—problems that remained unaddressed throughout my tenure. While a public response here claims that “severance and personalized transition support” were provided to all affected employees, my experience felt anything but personalized. I was laid off only via a generic email from an HR address, signed only as "Human Resources." The attached documents appeared hastily assembled—one referenced a 401(k) provider the company no longer used, suggesting they may have been recycled from a previous layoff. As for the “personalized transition support,” I have no idea what that was supposed to entail. It may have just been more corporate jargon with no real substance behind it.

Pros

I highly recommend this company as its been a positive experience working here. The pay is competitive and the scheduling is very flexible. They support a healthy work/life balance. I also feel that the platform is very user friendly.

Cons

The pay schedule is once a month which can be difficult. And although I have not had trouble reaching support I have had complaints from clients that support doesnt respond promptly to their inquiries or concerns.

Pros

They have good insurance and offer some other benifits

Cons

is literally the worst job I have ever had. I chose to leave because of what I believe to be serious ethical concerns and a lack of real support for both clinicians and clients. For the last two years, I have watched clients struggle while clinicians were expected to meet unrealistic productivity demands with little regard for continuity of care or quality treatment. The focus often felt more centered on numbers, scheduling, and metrics than on actual client wellbeing. One of the biggest issues was the inability to properly maintain continuity with clients. Clinicians were often restricted in how we could communicate, follow up, or advocate for the people under our care. Clients would disappear into scheduling systems, sit in “boxes,” or go without appropriate support while staff were left without clear direction or meaningful assistance. There was also a major lack of accessibility and human support. Clients and clinicians alike often could not reach an actual person by phone, and many issues seemed to go unresolved for long periods of time. It created an environment where both staff and clients felt unsupported and unheard. I stayed because I genuinely cared about my clients, and many of them deserved far better than what they received. But after two years of watching ongoing operational problems, poor communication, and what felt like profit being prioritized over ethical care, I finally realized it was time to move on. There are good clinicians working there who truly care, but the overall system itself is deeply flawed.
